Richard is Chairman of U.S. Road to Recovery LLC a for-profit social good enterprise leading a nation-wide program to 'Build Sustainable Job Growth & Wealth Creation Machines for 21st Century - create jobs. In 2007, he founded The Patriots Project a pro bono private sector initiative to directly assist 'Wounded-Warriors' recovering at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Richard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Strayer College and served honorably in the U.S. Army.
